Canadian Groups
 The
Starship O'BREADY, NCC-1946 is a local Star Trek club representing the
Eastern townships of Canada. The group is dedicated to
organising
activites, regrouping local members and keeping them informed of all
Star Trek and sci-fi events in Canada. The club is bilingual
and
both English and French are spoken.
The name OBREADY is
inspired by the founder Maurice O'bready who re-named "Les Cantons de
l'Est" to " Estrie " in 1946, hence the hull number NCC-1946.
